Water tube steam boilers are suitable for high pressure and have a large steam volume. Water tube steam boilers are manufactured to withstand pressure above 15 bar and have a steam capacity of 40,000 kg/h. When they are well designed, they provide high efficiency and increase combustion efficiency. Solid fuel boilers do not require a pre-heater, the system can be designed as a whole. Due to the low water volumes, the time of entering the regime of the water tube steam boilers can be shortened. Their production is made according to the 97/23/PED Pressure Vessels Directive, using EN standards.
